Structure
Bowl & Fruit Anchors (The Foundation)
Place two small stoneware bowls of mixed olives at the top-center and bottom-center of the board.
Position the red grape cluster in the top-left corner and the green grape cluster in the bottom-right corner.
Perimeter Meats & Cheeses (The Frame)
Arrange the pre-sliced Brie wheel and standing grissini breadsticks along the mid-right edge.
Place cubed cheddar and herb jack cheese in the top-right corner.
Line rolled Swiss cheese along the mid-left border.
Fan tightly rolled chicken ham cylinders along the bottom-left and bottom-right edges.
Tuck folded beef salami ribbon cones into the top-left corner framing the grapes.
Concentric Centerpiece (The Focal Point)
Outer Ring: Lay cucumber half-moons in an overlapping scalloped circle in the open center space.
Middle Ring: Nestle halved cherry tomatoes (cut side facing up) directly inside the cucumber circle.
Inner Ring: Arrange herb-dusted mozzarella pearls inside the tomato border.
Center Core: Place the tightly rolled, multi-layered beef salami rose at the absolute epicenter.
Gaps & Finishing Touches
Fill any remaining bare wooden gaps between bowls and meats with walnuts and almonds.
Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around the Brie wheel and grape clusters for visual depth and fragrance.
