To all customers past, present, and future:
When we began our adventure with Island WiFi Bahamas our primary goal was to offer connectivity and customer service unlike any other. We have learned a lot over the last three years and are truly blessed to have been able to serve so many of you.
As many are aware we have been working from a waitlist for the last year due to inventory limitations. We have been back and forth with the service provider in hopes to obtain additional lines but with little success have had to resort to legal action. With all litigation matters it takes time, we sense your frustrations and are very frustrated with this process as well.
As a rental company with limited assets available the waitlist has been our only option. As units are returned we operate quickly to reach out and fulfill the next available request. We apologize and wish we had a solution to this situation and will continue to fight to be able to provide honest and kind service to all of you.
