The company is looking to hire a skilled Marine Mechanic to inspect, manage, service and repair its marine vessel feet. The fleet consists of 2 and 4-stroke engine skiffs (Boston Whalers, Blue Runners, Rahming’s Crafts) and larger fishing expedition boats up to 70+ with diesel engines, up to 40 kWh generators, hydraulic outriggers, and freezer units.

Earn up to $100,00 per year (bonuses included) as a Commercial Fishing Boat Manager.

We are looking for Bahamian Boat Captains (Managers) to operate and manage 60-70-foot commercial fishing vessels on 15-20 day voyages with a 20-member crew.

Caribbean Lobster (crawfish), scale fish, stone crab claws and other seafood products will be harvested.

The successful candidate must be able to plan and execute a fishing trip/expedition.
