As a new generation thought leader, Giovanni, affectionately called, "Gio,” has a combined management experience of 16+ years in Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Tourism Management, Facilities Management and Maintenance of luxury resort properties, and Social Services and Urban Development within governmental organizations.

Gio is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Catapult IBS Group Ltd, a boutique management consulting firm that offers a carefully curated collection of premium business services, all in one place. He founded the company in late March 2020, amidst the global COVID-19 Corona Virus pandemic that adversely affected the economy and livelihood of thousands of citizens and residents in the Bahamas, who turned to entrepreneurial ventures to sustain their families. New business owners began seeking our Founder's help, advice and counsel in creating business plans, processing business license applications and developing operational standards for their businesses. The demand became overwhelming for our Founder to handle on his own.

As a result, Catapult IBS Group emerged to direct this new group of entrepreneurs on their paths to success. An experienced team of entrepreneurial consultants was assembled to begin our mission to help clients develop and transform their businesses by connecting the dots between the cornerstones of strategy, organization, and talent. Our founder knew that great things happen for our clients when those three disciplines are aligned and viewed in an integrated, holistic way.

Today, Gio leads an extraordinary team of highly skilled and seasoned industry professionals, partners and consultants to strategically expand Catapult IBS Group's portfolio, while helping our clients to change the game in their industries and we are changing the game in our own.

Yesterday, we launched the advertisement of our Administrative Assistant position and we received an overwhelming response from hundreds of members from our local and surrounding communities. We are thrilled that so many highly skilled professionals made applications with us.

On this coming Monday, Catapult’s HR Team will begin the hiring process by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews. We are so excited and look forward to finding the right candidate to join our team.
