We were delighted to discuss training opportunities with our newly established PSG City and Guilds/ILM Approved Centre here in Nassau. RBDF AND THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT EXPLORE PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Commodore Floyd Moxey, Commander Defence Force and members of the RBDF Executive Team hosted Ms. Pamela Gomez and Mr. Jayden Miller from the Institute of Leadership and Management at Defence Force Headquarters on September 30, 2025.

The visit centered on opportunities to strengthen leadership training and professional growth within the RBDF. The discussions highlighted the value of aligning development programs with international standards while building new avenues for collaboration in capacity building and organizational advancement.

Ms. Gomez and Mr. Miller both noted their enthusiasm for the opportunity to work with the RBDF to expand training opportunities, while Commodore Moxey underscored the role such partnerships play in preparing a modern and resilient Defence Force.

The RBDF, under the leadership of Commodore Floyd Moxey, is optimizing excellence by bridging generations and embracing modernization. As such, we remain committed to providing training and development opportunities which represent the bedrock of our operational readiness.
