Are you friendly, dependable, and great with people? The Struckum Shop is looking for a customer-focused Retail Clerk to join our team!

In this role, you’ll assist customers with finding the right products for their needs, process sales, maintain merchandise and inventory, and help keep our store organized and welcoming.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and confident communicating with customers
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable handling cash and using basic computer systems
• Willing and eager to learn about our products and solutions

Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

No previous pest control experience is required. We’ll provide the training. Experience in construction or other hands-on trades is an asset.

This is an active, field-based role. You should be comfortable:
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Working at heights and on tall structures
• Performing physically demanding, hands-on work
• Following strict safety procedures and working as part of a team
