At Lagoon Court Office Service Center, we specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of businesses operating in The Bahamas. Based off the attached Incorporation Fee List, Office Service Centre can provide the following virtual office support that adhere to CESRA requirements:
1. The Basic Mail
With our basic mail package, you'll have the use of our mailing address for the use as your Registered Office as well and for the mail to be sent to. We also accept Fedex, DHL or any other delivery service that you use to have packages sent to you. Based on your instructions we open and scan the document to you or hold and secure for further instructions from only you.
This package is $129.00 per month, plus 10% VAT (discounted to $69.99).
2. The Basic Telephone
The basic telephone service covers calls coming in for you on our main office number 242-702-3100 which will be answered by Lagoon Court Office Service Center and the person asking for whom the callers want to speak to. Messages will be taken and forwarded on to you via Skype or email, based upon your instructions.
The basic phone service is $149.00 per month, plus 10% VAT (discounted to $109.00).
3. The Premium Package
Our premium package includes your own phone number answered in your company’s name, with messages taken and forwarded on to you either by email, WhatsApp or Skype message. With this package, you also have the use of the mailing address for any business needs that you may have stationary, Registered Office, parcel collection, etc. We take care of everything so you do not have to.
This package is $349.00 per month, plus 10% VAT (discounted to $179.00) with a one-time set up fee of $100.00. At this time, we are unable to forward to an overseas number presently, only to local numbers.
