As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. To be successful you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
Receptionist’s duties include:
• Welcome and receive persons who visit the organization by greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately
• Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• offering administrative support across the organization
