With almost 18 years experience in the fields of psychology and social work, Miss Pinder recognized the need to offer her services to the business field as work ethics, recruitment and retention, and interpersonal relations were areas of challenge for many organizations. Services provided are training, motivational speaking, coaching and consultation. In addition, Cherrylee provides psychometric assessments.
