Dear BREA Agent/Broker,

I wish to remind you that I am still available for MLS Training and Instruction. Instruction Sessions usually run for two (2) hours for beginners and about one (1) hour for those who are looking to refresh themselves on the features and tools of The Bahamas MLS website & system.

A general session covers all the tabs on the MLS website, which can be covered within an hour. Some choose the second hour session where I provide detailed instruction on Data Entry, (PCS) Private Client Services, producing CMA’s and the more overlooked sub tabs. There is a $10 charge per agent for the additional hour session. *see below

I do try to make my prices reasonable and affordable so that every BREA agent has the opportunity to have a proper understanding of the MLS website and how it can benefit them within the Real Estate industry. This is the ideal time to learn about the usefulness of the MLS and how to best utilize the system to better market your company and listings. I am available to all BREA agents, both in Nassau and the Family Islands. Contact me today to discover how the MLS can increase your productivity and presence within the Real Estate Industry.

*I am available for Private Sessions after 4PM (Monday thru Friday) and Saturdays between the hours of 10AM – 4PM. Please provide 24 hour notice when scheduling a session.

*I charge $40 per hour per agent (Private Sessions). * Every 1/2 hour after is a charge of $20 per agent.

*I do offer group rates at $100 per hour per (3) agents. Each additional agent is $20. * Every 1/2 hour after is a charge of $15 per agent.

*Sessions are usually held at the agents office, yet can be held at another preferred location if requested. (Such as Starbucks or agent home etc) Group sessions will be held at the agent/broker office.

*For Sessions I only require:

Wi-Fi/Internet Access (Laptop or Desktop Computer with mouse )

A valid BREA Agent Account with access to The Bahamas MLS database.
