Required:
Answer the telephone in a courteous & professional manner As Needed
Transfer calls to the relevant party As Needed
Receive clients in the Reception area in a courteous and professional manner As Needed
Provide a high level of customer service per company's established standards Daily
Assist with client meetings (preparation & packaging of documents required for meetings) As Needed
Assist with the preparation of Electronic Notes As Needed
Prepare a wide range of excel schedules as required As Needed
Create envelope labels As Needed
Printing of envelopes As Needed
Assist with the management of office supplies Daily
Ensure familiarity with GVI's Maintenance Team to resolve issues as they occur Daily
Preparation of budgets & projections As Needed
Analysis & interpretation of financial data presented As Needed Conducts research, compiles and presents reports on statistical data as necessary As Needed
Assist with the opening of bank accounts for new clients As Needed NIB Registration for new clients (where applicable) As Needed
Business License/VAT Registration for new clients (where applicable) As Needed
Business Licence renewal for specified portfolio clients Annually
QuickBooks Input - Specified Portfolio Clients Ongoing
Prepare Family Trees and Organizational Charts As Needed
Payroll administration for specified portfolio clients Weekly/Bi-Weekly
Preparation & submission of NIB C-10 forms & payments for portfolio clients Monthly
Preparation & filing of Annual Returns/DBO's to the Registry Annually
Preparation & filing of KYC Documents Annually
Company Name Reservations at the Registrar General's Office As Needed
Incorporation of new companies As Needed
Prepare file labels As Needed
Prepare binder labels As Needed
File client documents per policies and guidelines Ongoing
Assist with the maintenance files for specified portfolio clients Ongoing
Assist with the maintenance of electronic filing system Ongoing
Sundry duties as assigned As Needed
Note: ● Reports to: CEO & Office Manager
● Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
