Dear Haap Doros,

Starting from Mr. Mon Bahadur’s house in Phentena (Sertena) till Penlop Haapi Zimchu in Haa Gechukha, I have finally completed my door to door visit covering almost 90% of households over last one month and 4 days. My apology if I have missed to see constituents at home due to limited time and other factors.

I also have full trust and confidence in civil servants and postal voters since postal voters will not make mistake in choosing best candidate. It is with this conviction that I may have missed to call each one of you la.

As I pen down for the final time before poll day, I would like to thank every individual that I came across for making my campaign successful.

Haa and her people must be represented by a best candidate who has highest level of integrity, wider exprience, qualification and above all someone with genuine allegiance and loyalty to Tsa-Wa-Sum.

As Your Representative for the last 5 years, I have given my best to serve Tsa-Wa-Sum and people of Haa and I will not let people of Haa down given the opportunity to represent again.

I request all Doros to join us on 20th for voting and make 2023 NC Election successful.

Thank you and Tashi Delek

Blessed Rainy Day is the holiday marking the end of the monsoon season in Bhutan. On this day all natural water resources in the country are considered to be sanctifying and citizens are encouraged to take an outdoor bath to be cleansed of "bad deeds, obstructions and defilements" and accumulated bad karma.
