Open to safety officers without formal training, current OSH professionals, or any candidate who meets ONE of the following:
1️⃣ BQF Certificate 2 in a relevant field + 5 years OHS experience
2️⃣ Diploma in a relevant field + 3 years OHS experience
3️⃣ General graduate degree + 3 years OHS experience
4️⃣ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering / Science, etc.)

Startup First is Bhutan's first training institute dedicated to entrepreneurship development

In response to growing demand and in recognition of the importance of workplace safety, health and wellbeing, Startup First successfully launched its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training for Safety Officers on 5 October 2026, with 25 participants enrolled in Cohort I.

This marks an important step towards building competent safety professionals and promoting safer, healthier and more responsible workplaces across Bhutan.
