Construction Information System
The construction Information System is the firm’s prior objective to determine the existence and worthy of being set up as the Woezer Associates in Thimphu. The services endure in the construction information system are to provide the “Faster, Accurate and Reliable” construction information to the entire technical and non technical citizen of our country those are being victims of construction evolutions. The objective and the birth of Construction Information System are in gush to the amount of investment flow made to the construction industry. Though our country have good bases of information to forecast the construction values (Cost Estimation) which is being monitor by the Ministry of Works & Human Settlements. But the shortfalls for using the current information system are the rates and the verity of items not updated regularly. We woezer associates come to existence to provide solution and combating with the latest information in rates and item invented in the market. Objectives
The primary objective of the business is to help those institutions, business man, private sector and Government organization who are involve in construction activities by providing “Faster, Accurate and Reliable” construction information. The information system will comprise of latest updates of market price, latest construction products invented, construction equipments & charges and finally Dealers and Agents geographic address. There will be no requirements for the user to go through the whole process of collecting construction information. Secondly, through such activities, it is expected to boost the small construction company business in Bhutan.
