When your project lands up in the hand of wrong person ,the expectation becomes a nightmare .
We, the family of Hotel Gakyidiana, would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Galay, Founder of Suncore (Dechen Enterprise), Babena, Thimphu, and his entire team for helping us overcome one of the biggest challenges we faced during our initial stage of operation.
Our hot water pumping system had become a nightmare, especially when occupancy exceeded 70%. Despite replacing several locally available and imported water pumps and seeking advice from various suppliers and specialists, we could not find a lasting solution. We were constantly worried about guest complaints and the impact on our service.
When we approached Mr. Galay, he personally inspected the system and recommended a 3 KL Pressure Tank. The Suncore Team took up the challenge and put their heart and soul into reviving and improving our existing system.
Considering our financial constraints at that early stage, Mr. Galay also kindly allowed us to make the payment in instalments, which was a great support to us.
We truly received value far beyond what we paid for the contract. What was once a nightmare has now become a thing of the past, giving us stability, confidence, and peace of mind in serving our guests.
