Every successful person has discovered methods and formulas for a successful life.

What we need to build successful and prosperous societies is to multiply successful people.

Poor countries in the 3rd world have successful individuals and poor communities.

Developed countries like USA, Japan and Israel have successful and prosperous communities as well as prosperous individuals because they have managed to multiply the number successful people.

A Jewish child undergoes three stages in his lifestyle. Firstly, it is the circumcision on the 8th day which is part of the covenant between Abraham and God.

Secondly, the Jewish child undergoes the internship program or the in-house training program where he would be trained in the trade of his father.

Afterwards,the father would then hand over the other part of the business to the son. This ensured that family success was maintained through inhouse training.

Lets look at the companies that have used this tactic in Zimbabwe. Innscor Holdings is by far one of the most successful companies in Zimbabwe.

They recruit a person as a cleaner, he graduates to peeling potatoes before moving to frying chips. From there they move you to cash office. Finally they make you to be a branch manager.

This is the inhouse training that has created many business empires. If you can build a kingdom, raise someone who can build another kingdom. With so many kingdoms comes an empire. Work on raising someone.

-So today, as you confess Jesus as God's Son, consciously and intentionally welcome God into your heart.

-The Father lives in the person who confesses the Son!

The truth be told, no matter how much your salary is increased or a high-paying job you get, your remuneration won't be enough for your expenses. In case you have forgotten, your earning is like a tide and your spending is like a boat. When the tide rises, the boat goes up with it. That is to say, the more you earn, the more your expenses. This proves that wealth isn't achieved based on earning more or less money. I want you to understand that building riches is like filling a bucket with drops of water. A drop at a time makes the bucket full. Saving a part of your daily, weekly or monthly earnings is the beginning of your financial freedom. If you still believe that you need a lot of money to be rich, then, you have already signed your poverty warrant.
