I am a Project Manager with hands-on experience in telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure development—specializing in network deployment, operations, and maintenance. I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams across Botswana and Zimbabwe, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Most recently, I served as Maintenance Manager at LTC Group (March
2025 – April 2025), where I was responsible for power, transmission (TX), and RAN maintenance across 407 Orange Botswana sites. I managed field engineers, refueling logistics, generator operations, and SLA compliance to ensure consistent site uptime. Before that, I was Project Manager at Emerald Telecoms Botswana (2024), leading 4G/5G infrastructure rollouts for Mascom, Orange, and BTC. In 2023, I helped establish Emerald Telecoms in Zimbabwe as Assistant Project Manager, overseeing office setup, recruitment, and network upgrades for Econet and NetOne using Huawei TX and RAN systems. My journey began in 2021 as Warehouse Manager at Emerald Telecoms, and from 2022, I rose through the ranks—coordinating nationwide 5G deployments with a strong focus on KPI tracking and team performance. Prior to telecommunications, I worked on energy and construction projects (2017–2020), including school sanitation upgrades during COVID-19 and fumigation for both government and private sectors. My foundation in leadership and operations began even earlier in the fuel retail sector (2013–2014), quickly moving from cashier to site manager at Total Energies and Engen, where I handled everything from staff management to financial reporting and fuel reconciliation. In April 2025, I made a bold pivot to focus fully on building School of Dropouts (SOD)—a startup consultancy empowering entrepreneurs across Botswana. With over 100 companies registered, a WhatsApp support group of 360+ entrepreneurs, and 15,000 TikTok followers, SOD helps founders navigate compliance, tendering, and digital strategy with real-time, relatable support. I combine field-tested project ex*****on with entrepreneurial insight—turning complex systems into clear actions that deliver results.
