Job Title: Security Supervisors (3 Positions)

Description:
PPI Security Solutions (PTY) Ltd is seeking competent and experienced Security Supervisors to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of our clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Botswana citizenship with a Form 5 Certificate (BGCSE)
- Security Management Certificate
- Supervisory experience of over 2 years in a security-related role
- Valid driver's license for driving motorbikes
- Submission of CV required for application
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security staff activities
- Implement security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure adherence to security standards
- Train and mentor security personnel
- Handle security incidents and emergencies effectively
- Liaise with clients to address security concerns
Qualifications and Skills:
- Form 5 Certificate (BGCSE) as a minimum educational qualification
- Security Management Certificate demonstrating proficiency in security procedures
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
- Valid motorbike driving license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
