As your Event marketing managers, we are responsible for planning and executing events that promote your company’s products or services. We commonly work with other departments in your organization to ensure that your events are successful, from developing an overall strategy to managing the details of each individual event.

We may also be tasked with creating content for social media or other digital platforms to help spread awareness about the event and its purpose.

Our Roles and Duties are as follows

- Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences

- Coordinating with event vendors to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned

-Managing the budget for an event, including securing sponsorships and negotiating rates with vendors

-Planning and promoting events such as sports games, concerts, festivals, and charity fundraisers

-Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event

-Reviewing marketing materials created by outside vendors and approving them before they are used in an event marketing campaign
