SIDE BUSINESS
It does not matter if you get enough pay from your full-time job, life’s demands always rise with our daily spending. And it is always wise to have a SIDE BUSINESS to assist your monthly earnings.
A few key points to note for a SIDE BUSINESS:

1. FINANCIAL SECURITY
The economy changes every now and then, we no longer consider job security a thing because your monthly earnings surpass your income which then leaves you with no option but to consider SIDE BUSINESS in case of job loss

2. INCOME CONTROL
When salary rises against the economy, there is nothing you can do. But you can control your income through a SIDE BUSINESS.

3. MORE INCOME MORE SAVINGS
In today's high inflation rates, we are forced to save every now and then for unforeseen circumstances, but you might find that if you only depend on your monthly salary you are not able to manage that.

4. USE YOUR TIME FRUITFULLY
We spend much of our time on social media platforms posting but not anything productive, or we find ourselves just idling or even bored because there is nothing that keeps us on our toes. Then it is time for SIDE BUSINESS

Today is Internationa Youth Day: 12 August-The theme of International Youth Day 2020, “Youth Engagement for Global Action” seeks to highlight the ways in which the engagement of young people at the local, national and global levels is enriching national and multilateral institutions and processes, as well as draw lessons on how their representation and engagement in formal institutional politics can be significantly enhanced.

Meet our Team: Goabaone Tshegofatso

She studied Bachelor of Social Work from University of Botswana and Youth Social Work and Leadership Development from Mindolo University,Zambia.

"Most of my work has been on voluntarism. Firstly I volunteered with 2 organisations from Zambia(Friends of Street Children and Beautiful Gate) working with children offering them psychosocial support,dealing with grief, school drop outs.

Secondly, I volunteered with SOS Botswana assisting children with their home works and cleaning their houses.

Thirdly,was an intern social worker at Princess Marina Hospital where I offered psychosocial support to admitted patients and their families. Doing community outreach. Lastly, am a mentor with Stepping Stones International Organization, mentoring adolescent girls and young woman about HIV prevention and how to make wise life decisions.

"I am Amuchilani Helen Mbenga. I have worked solidarily with humanism in large communities in Botswana,Zambia Lusaka,Mazabuka and great Zimbabwe as community field officer.I worked with humana people to people for 2 years and I worked with vulnerable children at Sos childrens village for 5 years as youth care core worker. I currently working with love Botswana as social work aide.I'm very pationate with working with the community and vulnerable children ,very enthuasic in communication,leadership,negotiative skills.I am looking forward to bring change in my country and desire to see people empowered and equiped in all the area of their lives as successful nd productive people .
