JOB ADVERT: We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to manage our Francistown and Central Corridor territory.

Position: Sales Representative – Francistown / Central Corridor
Location: Francistown, Botswana

Territory Coverage:
• Francistown
• Palapye
• Mahalapye
• Serowe
• Letlhakane
• Orapa
• Selebi Phikwe
• Nata
• Surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail stores and key accounts
• Open new customer accounts within the territory
• Conduct regular merchandising and store visits
• Ensure proper stock levels and reduce out-of-stock situations
• Execute promotional activities and in-store activations
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Submit weekly sales and territory reports
• Ensure excellent brand visibility and ex*****on across all stores

Requirements:
• Previous sales or merchandising experience is mandatory
• Experience within FMCG, retail distribution, to***co, v**e, or related industries will be an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organizational and reporting skills
