๐น Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day office administration while supporting marketing, sales, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and driven by results.
๐น Key Responsibilities
โ Office administration and coordination
โ Supporting marketing campaigns and sales activities
โ Client follow-ups, quotations, and onboarding
โ Managing client and stakeholder relationships
โ Handling customer queries and after-sales support
โ Preparing reports, records, and presentations
๐น Minimum Requirements
โข Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field
โข Experience in office administration, marketing, or sales
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Computer literate (MS Office, email, basic digital marketing tools)
โข Ability to work independently and as part of a team
๐น Added Advantage
โญ CRM experience
โญ Digital marketing or social media skills
โญ Experience in energy, construction, or service industries
โญ Valid driverโs licence
