🚛 WE’RE HIRING! | WASTE MANAGEMENT FLEET & WORKSHOP MANAGER

Skip Hire Botswana is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Waste Management Fleet & Workshop Manager to join our team at our Gaborone Head Office.

This is a 5-year fixed-term contract and is suited to someone with strong mechanical knowledge, fleet management experience and proven people-management skills. The role includes overseeing operations staff and fleet, preventative maintenance, vehicle safety, breakdowns, workshop activities, parts procurement and the training of drivers, operators and workshop staff.

📍 Location: Gaborone
📅 Closing Date: 24 October 2026
📄 Reference: H/Q – Waste Management Fleet & Workshop Manager (2026–01)

Minimum requirements include:
• At least 5 years' relevant professional experience
• Relevant diploma or accredited qualification
• Class B driver's licence or higher — Class EC preferred
• Fleet management experience
• People management experience
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
