International Women's Day 2026 conference brought to you by Game Changers Charity Organization BW ...

Game Changers will host a special IWD Conference in Gaborone on Tuesday 31st March 2026, from 8.00am to 4.30pm, bringing together notable and incredible women to come and speak, inspire and motivate all other women in attendance. After starting Service Xcellence BW in 2020 amidst COVID 19 turbulences and work place malfunction, the one thing that we looked at and worried about at the time were the number of ICT Graduates roaming the streets with no jobs who graduated then from as far as 2012 and some who had successfully completed their 2 year Government internship in great institutions which unfortunately could not absorb them as they had to be let out to allow new and fresh graduates an opportunity as well to become "interns"

Fast forward to September 2020 we curated an ICT GRADUATES CONFERENCE and scheduled it for November 2020 and what a kick start of our now Annual flagship conference where we bring Graduates together into that 1 day conference with great speakers selected from industry professionals , businesses and entrepreneurs and I must say it's been a disheartening journey year on year sometimes seeing the same faces...

Coupled with the Annual ICT Graduates Conference taking place every November and just celebrated 5 years in 2025 it is sometimes saddening to see the people and the companies who you would think would jump in to support such a noble course telling you this Conference does not align with their mandate or strategy yet they sponsor and support many other initiatives...

That being the case we have persistently continued to work with the ICT Graduates, Young Professionals as well as Tertiary Students through our add-on ICT Graduates Mentorship Program where we continue to build them up, grow their network and reach, give them hope, and we are changing 1 life at a time...

We have Professionals around us who have come on board devoting their time, skills and experiences to share and impart knowledge with these young ones and for that we remain grateful.

Seeing this petition here and now makes our hearts sore but trust that the various leadership will now pay attention ... We cannot be driving Digital Transformation agendas without these Graduates, this is the era we should be dying to have them in our organisations and circles but how much are we doing to get that sink...

We are passionate about Digital Citizen development here at Service Xcellence and that's why we speak everywhere we go... and do catch the recent post where Segametsi Canaah Mafa spoke to the Primary School Students at Kazungula while on a personal trip and that's what makes us proud...

We have had short programs on radio talking "The Life of a Graduate" and this we do because we now relate and understand them more...
