What happens if I don't file my annual return on time?
Between the 1st and the 10th of the month after your annual return was due there will be a penalty of P500 to pay. On the 11th of the month your company will be removed from the register and a restoration fee of P2000 is payable.

We remind all companies registered in January and February prior to 2020 to file their annual returns before the 10th of March to avoid being deregistered.
