Greetings,

I hope this message finds you well. This Association was founded by a great team which I was honored to lead with. It is unfortunate that there was a lack of continuity due to the fact that the Association was started by final year students who shortly went their own individual paths to conquer life hence the frozen state of the Association. I am writing because I would like to reach a unified decision on the way forward for this Association, better late than never, let us have a discussion!

"The best way to measure how much you've grown isn't by inches
or the number of laps you can now run around the track, or
even your grade point average -- though those things are
important, to be sure. It's what you've done with your time,
how you've chosen to spend your days, and whom you've touched
this year. That, to me, is the greatest measure of success."

“The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between the two, the leader must become a servant and debtor. That sums up the progress of an artful leader.”

Among young college graduates, half are either unemployed or have jobs that fall short of their skill level. How best can we deal with this issue of youth unemployment, are Batswana really lazy as some people suggest or is it a mindset problem.
