1.TRAINEE ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM MARKETING EXECUTIVE-We are looking for a self-driven and results- oriented Trainee Administrative Assistant Cum Marketing Executive to perform general administrative functions as well as handle our marketing and promotion of our services such as our accounting, bookkeeping and taxation services as well as our business conferences and evets. The person, holding at a BGCSE and at least a Diploma in Secretarial Studies should have at least one year working in office administration with a record of achieving quality work and high performance. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and exceptional typing and computer skills and should be able type documents without errors/mistakes, do telemarketing, perform mail-merge functions as well as manage an effective electronic filing system. Having a laptop or PC at home will be an added advantage.

2.TRAINEE FIELD SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (1 Position) – with a BA/BBA/BCOM degree in Marketing Management (or business related qualifications), is wanted to successfully and effectively market our accounting, bookkeeping and taxation services as well as our business consultancy services through cold calling and door-to-door marketing to SMMEs purely with a monthly traineeship allowance plus sales commissions with the potential for huge earnings for high performing professionals. At least one (01) year proven experience in sales and marketing and specifically in closing sales and meeting monthly sales targets (This is a must-have requirement for any interested candidate).

3. TRAINEE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE– with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Web Design/Multimedia, he/she will be responsible for the creation and production of graphics, websites, marketing, branding and communication materials to support our clients’ branding strategies for print and digital communications through creative and effective design as well as the development and management of our websites. The candidate should be ready and willing to take on the additional role of marketing and promoting the company’s accounting and business consulting services as well as creative work and graphic work-based services such as company profiles, flyers, brochures and CVs. Having a laptop or PC at home will be an added advantage.

4.TRAINEE BUSINESS CONSULTANT (1 Position) – aged at least 23 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Economics & Accounting and working experience of at least one year in the preparation of financial statements, financial projections, business plans, business proposals etc. Membership with BICA is essential; however, non-BICA members are still eligible to apply but should initiate the application for BICA membership within a year of being recruited. Only interested candidates with at least one (01) year working experience in preparing financial statements, other financial reports and business plans and the interested candidate should be in a position to present evidence of past financial statements and business plans completed need to apply.

To be considered for the above positions, candidates should be in a position and willing to work after hours and on weekends (i.e. as overtime) but this will only be necessary as and when the situation demands. Having a laptop or PC at home will be an added advantage for the successful candidates. All our traineeship positions attract a monthly traineeship allowance for University Graduates which is the same as the monthly graduate internship allowance offered by the Government of Botswana but our traineeship program is for a period of only for one year. 2.TRAINEE FIELD SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES (2 Positions) – with a BA/BBA/BCOM degree in Marketing Management as a must-have qualification, are wanted to successfully and effectively market our accounting, business consulting and taxation services as well as our business conferences and other corporate events through cold calling and door-to-door marketing to SMMEs, all parastatals organisations and government ministries and departments and a selected big private companies purely with a monthly internship allowance and sales commissions with the potential for huge earnings for high performing professionals. This graduate trainee position is strictly for 12 months and will result in permanent employment for high performers thereafter.

3.TRAINEE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE– with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Web Design/Multimedia, he/she will be responsible for the creation and production of graphics, websites, marketing, branding and communication materials to support our clients’ branding strategies for print and digital communications through creative and effective design as well as the development and management of our websites. The candidate should be ready and willing to take on the additional role of undertaking direct marketing (i.e. door-to-door selling) of the company’s accounting and business consulting services as well as creative work and graphic work-based services such as company profiles, flyers, brochures and CVs.

4.PART-TIME BUSINESS CONSULTANTS- aged at least 24 with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Economics & Accounting or ACCA, CIMA and practical experience in preparing high-quality professional business plans and financial projections. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high quality, comprehensive and professional business plans, financial statements and financial projections on a commission basis. This position, which offers payment of commission fees of 25% as remuneration, requires high level creativity, excellent research skills, critical thinking aptitude as well as a repertoire of excellent communication and business writing skills. Full access to a laptop or desktop PC at his/her home is a must for this position as the entire work will be done away from our offices.

5.TRAINEE WEB DESIGNER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE: equipped with an associate or bachelor’s degree we are looking for a creative web/graphic designer with excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, other graphic software and up-to-date knowledge to interpret our client's needs and to design solutions with high visual impact including websites. The successful candidate should also be capable of doing sales & marketing and, hence, be eligible to earning high sales commissions as well

All our traineeship positions attract a monthly traineeship allowance which is the same as the monthly graduate internship allowance offered by the Government of Botswana but our traineeship program is for a period of only for one year. Our sales and marketing executives are entitled to earn high sales commissions in addition to their fixed monthly traineeship allowance - & all members of staff should also be capable and in position to market our services and earn high sales commissions as well.
