HEAD OF FLIGHT TRAINING - GABORONE
Personnel: Pilot

Aircraft types: Any other including Sling, Cessna 172, Piper Arrow, Beech Baron- multi engine

Employer: AN AVIATION COMPANY IN BOTSWANA
Valid ICAO CPL Multi Engine and IF
Flight School managerial experience handy
Familiar with ICAO Safety Audits and CAA Safety Audits
Aviation of flight School management experience.
ICAO Advanced Training program.
Advanced Training courses in one or more aircraft.
Train the Trainer Qualified.
Valid minimum total time 5000 + hours
Class 1 Medical
English language proficiency
Stall experience would be beneficial
Be willing to carry our operational duties

Responsible for all pilot training, instructors and Pilot students. Human factors expertise an advantage.
Responsibilities include the planning, development and implementation of all policies, programs and budgets necessary for the accomplishment of all phases and aspects of flight crew and instructor/evaluator training programs. In addition, responsible for aircraft procedures, policies and manuals for all the fleet types at the Employer’s company. The Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) and CAA directives.
Pilot training is conducted in both classroom and real flight sessions around Gaborone area, expertise on flight simulator.
