Life Matters Globally

Life Matters Globally is a personal development company founded by inspirational speaker, Ragton Mazhani, who is on a mission to address, primarily, the issue of wholesome wellness; a subject that is not widely addressed in Botswana. Personal development has a large effect on individuals at all levels and it is with this in mind that Ragton has taken it upon himself to educate the nation; to improve the quality of life of the people, the productivity levels at the work-place and national harmony within the proud nation of Botswana. There are numerous training courses available all over the country for technical skills, but not enough is done to address a holistic growth of personal development. This has led to a number of technically trained individuals suffering from social ills such as low self-esteem that, sooner or later manifests itself physically, mentally, spiritually or otherwise. This handicap has a negative effect on the individual, his family, his associates and inevitably, his work. It is the mission of Life Matters Globally to aid such individuals and inspire them to work towards a maximum “living capacity”; to live life to the full! Having gained vast exposure at various work environments; working for governmental, para-statal, non-governmental and in the private sector, the founder of Life Matters Globally has identified this gap which needs to be closed urgently and developed innovative methods in which this can be achieved.
