Our Managing Director, Oabona Michael Kgengwenyane, recently took the stage at the SuperLead Leadership Summit 2026 in Johannesburg, exploring scaling leadership in Africa through the lens of happiness science.

Through his JoyReP framework for True Success — Joy, Relationships, Engagement, and Purpose he challenged the audience to rethink what sustainable high performance really requires.
