Part-time Position with Potential for Full-Time

DAI is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to doing business and hosts key national events. We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team and help us expand our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Website Development: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our website.
Social Media Management: Create engaging content, manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), and grow our online community.
Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms.
Performance Monitoring: Track social media analytics, website traffic, and other key metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in website development (e.g., WordPress, basic HTML/CSS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for social media and a keen eye for detail.
Bonus Points:

Graphic design skills
Experience with social media advertising

We are currently recruiting for a Fragrance Consultant, representing DAI/ Miss Botswana and their brands/brands to be developed.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fragrance/ cosmetics brands, who wants to grow their career with a diversified group seeking to diversify their beauty industry offerings.
Job Description
• Set up a manufacturing unit for fragrance/cosmetics manufacturing
• Set up the whole team to drive this business
• Manufacture, distribute and market brands associated with Miss Botswana in the country and region
• Day-to-day management of Botswana Market
• Place the products in the key retailers in Botswana and region
• Full P&L responsibility
• Reporting of the role

Qualifications and Experience:
• Total of at least 10 years 'experience and a minimum of 5 years in a Management position
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry, with strong experience in sales & marketing
• Must have worked with multinational companies
• Intensive knowledge of African retail market
• Ideally, previous retail exposure within International brands in Fragrances, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Goods or FMCG industry
• Must have run and knowledgeable of product development process
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management
• Fluent in English
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Focused, efficient, skilled in transversal projects and multitask environment
• Able to work in multicultural environment
• Excellent time management
• Demanding and paying attention to the details
• Brand and commercial sensitivity
• Team player with strong leadership
