For those that know me personally would be aware my greatest achievements throughout my career stems from the positive impact and outcomes associated with all persons to which I have assisted in the development of their careers and in a quite a few situations quality of life. It is the essence to which I consider having one of the most gratifying careers one could wish for and a good measure of ones success.

I recently received feedback from my first DRL-004 Supervisor student, an experienced driller/supervisor who had been out of the drilling industry for over 11yrs attaining a supervisor role just over 8months ago, which I consider the perfect outcome of undertaking training, that being of achieving a proactive career pathway and one of personal growth. Very proud of this outcome and the fact his desire to return to the drilling industry was achieved. I believe once the drilling industry is in the blood it always remains. In addition, I have 2 student’s initial roles as drillers now achieving supervisory positions in the international drilling industry.

DRL-004 SUPERVISOR - Some Testimonial Feedback
