Q: Are you licensed and registered?
A: Yes, Disciplinary Security Services is fully licensed with PSRA Botswana and compliant with the Control of Security Services Act.
Q: What training do your guards have?
A: All guards are vetted with police clearance and trained in access control, patrols, incident reporting, fire & first aid basics.
Q: Do you have 24/7 support and rapid response?
A: Yes, we operate a 24/7 control room with a Quick Response Team (QRT). QRT is backed up by BPS when needed. Average response time is 5–15 minutes.
Q: How do you handle reporting and supervision?
A: Guards complete hourly OB entries. Supervisors do unannounced site visits weekly. Clients get weekly incident reports and a 24/7 WhatsApp line for urgent issues.
Q: What insurance do you carry?
A: We carry public liability and workman’s compensation insurance. Certificates available on request.
Q: What happens if a guard is absent or there’s an incident?
A: We replace absent guards immediately at no charge. All incidents are investigated and reported within 24hrs. Public liability covers third-party injury/damage caused by our guards while on duty.
Q: What are your contract terms?
A: Standard 12-month contract with 1-month termination notice after month 3. Fixed monthly rates, no hidden costs.
