Invictus Solutions Ltd. is looking for **Customer Service Representatives** to join our team supporting patients and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
✨ **What you’ll be doing:**
• Handling patient calls and inquiries
• Scheduling, rescheduling & cancelling appointments
• Verifying insurance eligibility
• Resolving patient concerns with care and empathy
• Following HIPAA, client and quality requirements
• Working as part of a supportive team
🎯 **What we’re looking for:**
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years’ customer service/contact center experience preferred
• Healthcare or patient scheduling experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with computer and contact center systems
• Reliable, organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain it
