J&A Telecommunications Contact solution, hereinafter J&A, was established in 2014 in response to the demand in contractors that are able to provide quality, professional and reliable outsourcing services to companies outside of Belize. In the few months that it has been in operation, J&A has seen that there is an opportunity to invest in expansion of the company and the weekly, monthly and yearly regeneration of income. This company was established on a firm foundation provided by many years of experience in the telemarketing industry and the management of call centers across different geographical borders and environments. Both managing and associate partners have attended business start-up courses to familiarize themselves with information needed for this stage of development of the business.
