Necesito 2 hombres de conocimiento de preferencia en la carpintería. Necesito un carpintero y un trabajador. Instalación de una pared de bloques de cemento 4 pies de altura. El trabajador debe tener conocimiento en el manejo de un montacargas. El trabajo durará un máximo de 2 días en Hatley. Hotel y Perdium suministrado. Maquinaria suministrada. Traiga sus propios transporte y taladros. Fecha de contrato jueves y viernes 16-17 sept.

This is a current old house piping problem. Many cast iron plumbing pipes dating from the 70's and 80's become broken without the owner ever realizing it.

This is an elbow connection that broke and needed replacement. As we removed the elbow, the adjoining pipes were also cracked in either direction, one to the garage and one to the sump pump. Also, a tree root had found its way under the concrete slab into the sump opening and found water to feed. The root clogged the drain along its length.

Solution: open the concrete and remove broken drain and replace.🛠🚰

Ceci est un problème de tuyauterie ancienne existant dans les maisons actuelles. De nombreux tuyaux de plomberie en fonte datant des années 70 et 80 sont cassés sans que le propriétaire ne s'en rende compte.

Ceci s’agit d’une connexion coudée qui s’est rompue et devait être remplacée. Lorsque nous avons retiré le coude, les tuyaux adjacents ont également été fissurés dans les deux sens, l'un vers le garage et l'autre vers la pompe de puisard. De plus, une racine d'arbre avait trouvé son chemin sous la dalle de béton dans l'ouverture du puisard et avait trouvé de l'eau pour se nourrir. La racine a bouché le drain sur toute sa longueur.

Solution: ouvrir le béton et enlever le drain cassé et le remplacer.🛠🚰

Be weary of how electricians install wiring thru the foundation wall. It's a quick access for them but could cause damaging results months later to your property.

This is a perfect example of one client's water infiltration thru his electric panel.

Solution: We were able to successfully seal both openings. Thankfully there was no electrical fire or wire damage. Unfortunately, the client's basement floor became all wet. Some walls and flooring were replaced.

Client's contractor drilled an opening for his fireplace chimney. This caused structural weakness in foundation wall which led to a vertical crack. Water infiltration was then the precursor to opening the wall.

Solution: we covered the hole with a cement water plug and injected the crack with polyurethane.
Result: no more water coming in.

In the future, contact a cement drilling expert before damaging your structure.

L'entrepreneur du client a percé une ouverture pour la cheminée de son foyer. Cela a entraîné une faiblesse structurelle dans le mur de fondation, ce qui a entraîné une fissure verticale. L'infiltration d'eau était alors le précurseur de l'ouverture du mur.
