INDUSTRIAL DEMOLITION - In the process of dismantling the steel silo non-structural components so it can be removed from the site, loaded on a truck and taken to the metal re-cycling facility.

INDUSTRIAL DEMOLITION - Another project in the books. This time we dismantled a steel silo and structure as part of a facility shutdown. 100% of the waste material was re-cycled including the steel and silo. Which means that we added exactly 0 pounds of waste to the local landfill. Big win👍

Floor Removal - Residential Floor Removal

Our crews removed 600+ sqft of hardwood and 300 sqft of slate tile in under 4 hours! This included grinding the thinset mortar off the wood sub-floor with our dustless floor grinding equipment.

Abbotsford School experiencing water ingress issues so we removed the failing stucco system on both ends of the school so a new rain screen envelope system can be installed.

Complete Dismantling and Re-Purposing Project Complete in Abbotsford. 98.5% of the building material was diverted from our landfill and carefully salvaged and re-purposed earning us a LEEDS Platinum rating (the highest rating possible).
