Starting November 1, 2024, to be eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), study permit applicants will need to:

1️⃣ Prove your language skills:

🎓 University students: CLB 7
📚 College students: CLB 6
2️⃣ Graduate from one of these fields:

🌾 Agriculture and Agri-food
🏥 Healthcare
⚙️ STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
🔧 Trade
🚚 Transport

Quebec takes the first step towards protecting immigration diversity. Starting October 9, 2024, Quebec will cap invitations from any single country at 25% for the Regular Skilled Worker Program. This change promotes diversity in our immigration approach.
