Last week, while our traffic control team was working at Gurdwara Kalgidhar Sahib, the individual (Gurtej Singh) shown in this photo threw a cell phone at one of our female traffic control flaggers while she was performing her duties.
Violence or aggression toward traffic control personnel is completely unacceptable. Our employees are there to ensure the safety of workers, drivers, and the public.
We take this incident very seriously and are reviewing all available evidence. Appropriate legal action may be pursued.
We respectfully ask everyone to treat traffic control personnel with courtesy and respect. Everyone deserves a safe workplace.
