❄️WALKWAY SUB-CONTRACTORS WANTED! ($42-$50/hour)❄️

PRO SNOW SOLUTIONS LTD. We are the premier snow removal company in the Fraser Valley, servicing major commercial sites from Abbotsford to Vancouver. Let us deal with the back-end logistics, so you can focus on running your route.

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and reliable labourer contractors to provide walkway snow removal services on a subcontract basis. This opportunity is ideal for small business owners, such as landscapers, roofers, and other tradespeople, who have a workforce that slows down during the winter. You will be responsible for clearing walkways and applying ice melt on various residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

What We Are Looking For:

- Subcontractor Size: At least 6 - 30 workers each. If you have 10+ workers that can handle snow clearing, you will get higher pay rate
- Teams of 2 or 3: All hand crew teams operate in teams of 2 or 3 people. Therefore, you must have at least one driver with a vehicle for every one or two passengers
- 24/7 Readiness: Must be extremely reliable and ready to roll for all winter weather events. We pride ourselves on absolute quality and integrity
- Language: Teams should be fluent in English and be able to effectively communicate with other crews and dispatch

Compensation:

- Subcontractor rate of $42 to $50 per hour per labourer, depending on the number of crews provided and whether the shift is a salt-only shift or a snow-clearing shift.
- Payment is issued promptly twice-per-month upon completion of work and submission of required documentation.

How to Apply:

Contact us today to discuss how we can work together this winter. Send your details and a brief description of your team to text/call Dave at 778-809-4419 or email us at [email protected]. Let’s transform your winter downtime into a profitable season!
