NO SWEAT #4
Since we are not physically able to run our No Sweat classes right now, I thought I would share the routines with all you No Sweat regulars as well as your family, friends and neighbours.
If you are unfamiliar with No Sweat, it is a full body strength class pre-choreographed to music using dumbbells, body bars and exercise benches.
It is good for all ages, fitness levels, male or female. Each routine is normally done 3 to 4 times per week for 4-6 weeks before changing to the next one.
There are currently 10 routines, so I will be putting up a different routine each week for the next 10 weeks.
If you don't have the body bars, you can use dumbbells instead. And if you don't have a bench, you can do the same exercises on the floor.
All the exercises can be modified for those who have injuries or range of motion challenges. Just shorten the movements or do some of the floor exercise against the wall; ie: pushups.
So grab the equipment you have access to and let's get started!
(side note: these videos were originally made for new instructors as instructional tools to help practice the routines, so don't expect perfection. They had to be videoed in two parts at the time to accommodate the length of the class)
