🐀 Rodent activity is on the rise throughout the Fraser Valley, with an increasing number of properties experiencing infestations.

We believe exceptional rodent management requires a higher standard of service. Through weekly appointments, thorough inspections, and professional exclusion work, we focus on eliminating the root cause of infestations. Not just managing the problem, but preventing it from returning.

If ants keep returning or start spreading around your home or property, it may be time for a professional treatment plan.

Our team can help identify where the activity is coming from and build a plan to target the colony, not just the ants you see.

If you look closely, you can see this mother raccoon moving one of her kits out of a den she created in a client’s home.

Raccoons are beautiful creatures, but when they den inside a home, they can cause serious damage and create health concerns. Urine, f***s, nesting material, and other biological waste can build up in crawl spaces and attics and, in some cases, leak through ceilings into living spaces. Their activity can also damage insulation, wiring, vents, and structural materials.

When kits are involved, our priority is always a humane eviction. We use a carefully planned eviction process that encourages mom to safely relocate her young to an alternate den site. Without trapping, separating the family, or manually removing the kits.

This is why we are so passionate about wildlife work. We help protect homes and families while giving wildlife the respectful, humane outcome they deserve.

Kind regards,

Seeing ants in and around your home? 🐜
Warmer Fraser Valley temperatures often mean increased ant activity as colonies become more active.
