💡Brainstorming is very important for a business, and it should be explored! I encourage you to do it with your team!

1 - Select the topic you want to improve

2 - Bring your team to the drawing board and ask them to brainstorm ideas

3 - Don’t pass any ideas as you never know if at some point they will be of benefit

4 - Write down as many as you can

5 - Now let the fun begin! Start putting them together and see how each idea can improve the process, or how they can correlate, or connect! Build on those ideas!
