Ever wonder what goes into our signature Meskari Artisan Provisions wood-fired salsas? It all starts right here on the Traeger grill. We slow-smoke fresh red and green bell peppers over mesquite until they get that perfect, blistered char.
Add in deeply caramelized, sweet roasted garlic, and let it all simmer down into a rich, robust salsa that is entirely handcrafted in Alberta!
