What better place for a Mug Moment than at the SoloMama LaunchPad Graduation! 🎓 I was so proud to be there celebrating these amazing entrepreneurs and had the pleasure of sitting down with graduate Anita Goode, owner of Hands of Heaven Catering.

Meet Melanie, Co-Founder of Normalizing Grief Grief Normalization Education I am inspired by the meaningful work she and her co founder is doing.

The reality is that we all have, or will, experience grief. So what does it mean ? Normalizing Grief is creating compassionate spaces where people can better understand loss, learn how to support others, and feel comfortable having conversations about grief. Through education, workshops, conferences, peer support, and advocacy, they are helping to increase grief literacy, reduce stigma, and remind us that it’s okay to feel all the emotions that come with loss.
