🔧 WANTED: Casual Labourer – HVAC / Gas Fitting
I’m looking for a reliable casual labourer to assist with heating contractor work in and around Almonte / Carleton Place.
This would be a great part-time opportunity for a high school student interested in pursuing a career in HVAC, plumbing, or the skilled trades.
The schedule is very flexible:
• Evenings only
• Occasional Saturdays
• Work is only when I need a second set of hands — this is not a regular weekly schedule.
• I’ll work around your school schedule, exams, assignments, sports, etc.
The work involves:
• Assisting with furnace & water heater replacements
• Helping with gas-fitting jobs
• General job-site assistance and cleanup
💰 Starting at $18.50/hr, with the opportunity for increases as you gain experience and take on more responsibility.
🛡️ WSIB coverage provided
🚗 No driver's licence required — I can pick you up and drop you off.
No previous HVAC experience is required. A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are the most important things.
