We’re proud to support the communities we call home.
Congratulations to the Maskwa Aquatic Club on winning the 2026 Canoe Kayak Canada Sprint National Championships for the sixth time!
We were delighted to sponsor the team as they headed to Nationals and are especially proud of Strum family members Anna and Angie, who competed at the event for the first time after starting their paddling journey with Maskwa in 2020.
A tremendous accomplishment for the athletes, coaches, volunteers, and supporters behind this outstanding club.
Go Maskwa!

Our Mechanical & Electrical team was recently on site completing an occupancy inspection for the health clinic in the foreground. Just behind it is a multi-unit residential building for which our team also provided the M&E design.
It is always rewarding to see our designs move from drawings and models to completed, occupied buildings. Particularly when two very different projects come together in the same frame.

At Strum, we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce. We continue to increase women’s representation at all levels. As of 2026, women comprise 47% of our workforce. Our leadership team includes two female Vice Presidents and four female shareholders, demonstrating our commitment to advancing women in leadership and decision-making roles.

We support women in business and leadership through sponsorships, mentorship, advocacy, and STEM initiatives across Atlantic Canada. We believe that investing in women through resources, education, training, and mentorship builds a stronger, more connected, and equitable future.
To the women on our team, we support and celebrate your achievements every day. Happy International Women’s Day.
