Wow

Shortly after 8:30 a.m. on September 18, a red Corvette doing 120km/hr westbound on Highway 6 ripped past an unmarked BC Highway Patrol car going in the same direction. The officer tried to stop the car but speedy driver didn’t notice the lights and siren behind him and kept flying into Vernon and the 50 zone before he noticed and pulled over.

Speed wasn't the only issue. The driver failed a roadside screening test resulting in a 90-day driving prohibition and a 30-day impound on top of the ticket for excessive speed.

Fast car. Bad choices. Costly consequences. 🏎️🚓
