Same client, different location!

• There were two challenge areas for my client, the upstairs and the basement. We tackled the upstairs yesterday and the basement today.

• The basement had become a catchall for all holiday decor, unused toys and general clutter, rendering it non-functional.

• Following two hours of work with my assistants and the client herself, we successfully transformed the basement into a clean, sorted and open space.

Such an amazing transformation!!!!

My latest client is a young mother with a toddler in tow. Understandably, there was baby and toddler stuff around the house when I went in for the assessment. And she needed the help to sort things out!

Today with my assistants - Nadia and her son, Danil, we could wrap the upstairs in 7 hours. It was a total makeover with not just decluttering and organizing but also defining and creating functional but beautiful spaces!!!

The real star of the show however, was my client, who was hands on, so invested, and supremely positive and happy throughout the process that it didn’t feel like work even for a minute!

Quick decisions, super quick responses helped us breeze through our work and maintain a rhythmic flow. (Check out the last picture to see how much of burden she let go of!!!) SO PROUD!!!!

And again, shoutout to my crew - Nadia for being an awesome teammate and advocate for the client.

First pic - my clients own words! 🙂

And as mentioned, the place looked good and not *this* bad. Point to be noted - it all comes out ugly and teeth barring! Tackling the mess is easy when clients have an end goal in mind. My team and I just help out reach that goal.

I had worked Garage organization previously with them; being called a second time around to clear out another area is a testimony to the trust that they place in us.

This was one of the biggest project that my team and I undertook a while back! Almost an entire house along with basement needed a haul and re-org!

Expertly handled by 4 team members and myself, it really was a race against time. I usually recommend handling projects area by area, just to keep the overwhelm at bay. However the clients were sure they wanted everything done at the same time!

It was a breeze to work with them…. As you can see through these pictures, a lot comes out and can quickly escalate to overwhelm and panic. It’s only when the clients have faith and confidence that we can undertake and succeed in pulling off such a huge feat!

Everything was done in one day, including the packing up/ clearing off donations as well as cleaning!

Closet project! Don’t we all have overfull closets? It is so important to scan through and edit clothes closet from time to time! Clothes that no longer fit, or are outdated, purses and shoes shoved in a corner, random receipts, broken jewelry… so many things end up closeted! Time to throw them out and let all the good items BREATHE!

It was a small closet and as is the case with every closet, it became a catchall for hodgepodge of items that needed to be sorted out.

Now all my clients are always interesting! But this project was really special 🙂 Having lived in many different countries throughout the world, my client has amazing 🤩 collectibles. She has an eclectic taste and it showed during the in-house assessment tour! My jaw dropped at such cool items!

However, these items were overshadowed by other general clutter that the client was unable to remove. And what better decision than to hire me and my team? Not only was my team mesmerized by the things we found and drooled over, but we also had many story times about the times she lived abroad and her experiences! Such a sweet, welcoming lady that opened her home and heart and allowed us to give her a clutter free home!

As usual, I forgot to take many pictures and am left with these! This project lasted a few weeks in total as we had to work around different schedules. And of course, my local Buy Nothing group had a party! With so many beautiful items finding new homes and grateful recipients!

Latest decluttering and ReOrganizing of Craft room! My team had helped this client sort their basement 2 years back and it was a more fun doing decluttering and re-org of this mini Micheals! 7 hours of effort for this entire room with tidbits and sprinkles of humor from our beloved client!

Garage organization? I’ve got you covered!
Garage and basement tend to amass a lot of clutter because they are out of sight for the most part of the day.
