Have you had problems with noise or privacy? This client certainly did, as traffic noise was clearly audible and quite annoying. Our solution was to build a berm that is 40 feet long and 20 feet wide, which stands 1.9 feet higher than the road. This project required a total of five dump trucks worth of material.
At a later date, we will plant a variety of trees and shrubs to finalize this project later on. 😁

This project will address the water problems they were facing, specifically water hitting the concrete foundation causing erosion. To fix this, we began with a clean slate, regraded the area, connected two downspouts to PVC pipes, and extended the pipe beyond the patio to drain above ground. We finished the job by laying sod.😁 The total working area was 75x4.5'

👋👋 Although a minor task, it will yield significant results. Rainfall had caused flooding in the chicken coop due to oversaturated ground. To address this issue, we trenched and connected sleeved Big-O pipe to an existing 4-inch Big-O pipe, which was surrounded by 3/4-inch clear stone. Subsequently, we performed rough grading of the area for the chickens to enjoy.
